Developing Niche Strategy
Niche strategy is the capacity of an individual to work on himself that his/her success will be paramount to the success of the organization. For example: how is Barcelona FC without Messi or how is Real Madrid FC without Ronaldo? Both teams look very ordinary I guess. This mean that Messi has built a niche strategy that his success is essential to the success of his team.
The life of every business is cash-flow. The cash-flow is the degree at with your organization makes money. If you can ensure that your success is resulting into financial increase then you have created a niche strategy.
How to establish a niche strategy
- Advertising: Some people are good at advertising; so they create a niche better than others which eventually results in cash-flow.
- Productivity: You develop a niche when you ensure that your success affects: cash-flow, marketing, sales, the degree of productivity of your company.
Labour Relationship: You develop niche strategy when your labour builds good relationship between the staffs of your organization.
- Specialize knowledge of a skill: No more, talk less. Learn a specialized skill about a trade that is important to the business and develop it. If you announce everything you can do too soon, you are too small. Tell people what they need to hear per time; leave the rest to when things are critical then show up. At that time, you will get 100% promotion on one action and you will be respected more.
- Develop Web Net: There is a limit to your effort if it is just you. Develop good relationships with people. Create a network; make friends enough that no matter your problem, there is people that can bail you out and service the relationship by calling regularly. Know more people, the more people you know, the more successful you will be in any career.
