5 Signs it is time to Quit that Relationship

Relationship is about two people coming together to complement each other for a greater purpose. It shouldn't be about 'I' or 'me'; it should be about more of 'we' and 'us'. Sometimes, you just have to let go of what you're holding to experience something new. These are 5 Signs it is time to Quit that Relationship.

1.  You are the only one making the effort


When you are the only one making things happen in a relationship all the time, you are actually in a proprietorship business.  Relationships should be a combine effort. You shouldn't be the only one making the calls, text or making dinner reservations. Part of being in a relationship includes sacrifice. Out of your partner's busy schedule, he/she should be able to create time for you. Not doing these means your partner might not more be interested in you.

 2.  It is an indoor relationship


Is your partner confident with people seeing him/her around you? Does your partner introduce you to his/her friends or shy away when people ask him/her about you? These are red flag questions you should ask yourself. If you are part of your partner's plan, he/she will want to show you off to the world.

3.  Spend more time fighting than talking


Is the relationship more about a competition than a team? Misunderstandings can occur in relationships due to different family background or upbringing, but what matters is how long it takes the misunderstanding to subside. Is your partner the always nagging type that nags at you at any opportunity he/ she gets. This can be a sign of be frustrated of the relationship.


4.  You don't know anything about your partner's family


When it comes to you meeting his/her family, do you partner shy from it or give excuses? If you are part of your partner's plan, after a while during courtship, he/she should have introduced you to at least one of his/her family member.

5.  You are not moving forward


Does your partner hinder you from achieving your goals? Does your partner your career, business or education? Is your success part of your partner's goal or he/she just want to be the successful one? What of if the relationship ends, what happens to you next. Preemptive measures should be taken in any relationship. Avoid making your future depend totally on a relationship. If the you are not moving forward in your life or career, it is a sign for you.
