1. Market yourself
One ability or quality an entrepreneur must have is the ability to market themselves. Know how to market your skill, what you know how to do best. Don't just sit back, relax and expect your business to grow that way. An entrepreneur must be able to go out to their targeted audience/client and sell themselves. Learn how to network yourselves, your skill and your product.2. Serve Your Clients Interest
A good entrepreneur must serve the interest of their client because you are out there to please your client. Make sure they are happy with you and your product. Avoid any conflict with them by being attentive to their various wants and needs. Don't give them part answers or give them any impression that you know it all but make sure you give them an answer to all they want in the best possible way you can.3. Don't Compromise Result
Prosperous entrepreneurs are architects of reality. They always make sure they get the best result they can possibly get out of anything they do or produce. For you to be successful as an entrepreneur you must not make the mistake of compromising your result. Don't mix little of the bad with the good. Don't use inferior goods to get your result. Give to your client what they realy want out of your product or services.
4. Keep To Time
To be successful, you don't keep your clients waiting. Set a specific time for them, deliver exactly at the specified time or even few days before to the set time. Get the job done for your client in timely fashion. It will be effective and appreciated better when they are delivered early than when they are delivered late. A client might reject your services when you don't deliver on time making you loose your money, your prestige and waste your effort. You must be reliable.5. Be Disciplined
You must be very disciplined and principled. Never mix business with pleasure or business with emotions. I'm not saying don't have feeling but don't let your feelings overshadow your business because it will bring it down and make it crumble. Keep your business in order and set aside time for marketing. Make sure your idea is not scattered, bring them together to make your business grow. Don't spend money meant for your business for pleasure. Know when to wake and when to sleep. Monitor your business, don't leave it to an employee to do all the work. Take responsibility for your actions.Your Turn
