Experiencing Divine Financial Prosperity

     As a Christian, you are a partaker of Gods' divine nature. Part of his divine nature is financial prosperity. The word of God in Mathew 5:14 says:

"We are the light of the world. A city set upon the hill cannot be hid".

The bible saying we are the light of the world means we are pacesetters; all our endeavors are blessed including our finances.

     Most Christians ask God for other requests , but fail to commit their finances to God. They think God is incapable to transforming their finances. They are wrong. The bible in Daniel 3:19 says:

"And in all matter of wisdom and understanding, the king inquired and found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that where in his realm".

Do you think it was by their ability alone? No, it wasn't. It was God at work. This also applies to the modern world. As a christian, you can be the best in your field if you commit your ways to God.

     As a Christian, you shouldn't bother you self about human stuff, God will take care of them including your finances. God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him. The bible says in Mathew 6:12:

"Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all other things shall be added to you".

Lets briefly discuss why some Christians don't experience financial prosperity.

1.  Mentality.

     "For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain ; yet the valley shall be filled with water...".-----2 Kings 3:17.

 Some Christians are too logical and calculative for God to act on their finances. They pray to God about their finances and bother too much about how and where the funds will come to improve their finances. The bible in Ephesians 3:20 says:

"God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we ever ask or think according to the power that works in us".

God will give you the finances you desire if you can believe in him. Have faith and you will see the wonders he will do in your life.

2.  Negative Personal Habit.

God dislikes some personal habits. They limit the blessing of God in our-lives. God tells us through his word what he hates in Proverbs 8:13:

"The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth do I hate".

Do you want God to bless you just for you to oppress your neighbour? Are you a great waster of resources? God hates wasters, the bible talked about Jesus gathering the remaining of what was left.

"After Jesus had fed the multitude, he gathered the remaining".-----Mathew 14:20

Life is in phases, men are in sizes. You don't have to borrow money to buy an BMW; buy a Kia car. As a lady it isn't compulsory you enter a taxi; board a bus. Don't do things just to impress someone else. Be satisfied with the little you have now knowing in your heart that God will increase what you have. The bible says in Proverbs 4:18:

"The path of the just is as a shining light that shineth brighter and brighter unto the perfect day".

3. Seek God.

"As many that are led by the spirit of God, they are called the sons of God".----Romans 8:14.

 The bible didn't say as many that are led by the spirit of man; it said as many that are led by the spirit of God. All God wants is for you to acknowledge that he is Lord over our live and establish a close relationship with him. Be a man after Gods heart and he will reward you with the true riches. The bible says in Mathew 6:12:

"Don't bother yourself about human stuff, God will take care of them. Seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things shall be added to you".

Don't neglect the things of God because you're seeking money. God is the only who can give financial prosperity. Ask God to reveal the purpose of your life to you.When he reveals it to you, act according to what he has revealed to you.

4.  Confession.

Confess Gods' word over your life. Let your soul be filled with the word of God. Confess that you're the seed of Abraham; you are blessed beyond measures. The bible talks about confession in Romans 10:9:

"That thou shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus..."

God says all the things you can see are temporal.  Temporal has to do with matter in this three dimensional world.  So things in this world are subject to change.  Everything you see, hear, smell, taste and touch are subject to change but that is not true with the unseen realm of heaven where you can operate out of and receive from it everything that is eternal. Make a conscious decision to confess positive things about your life and believe he is able to do make it come to past in your life.

Conclusion

God loves us so much and wants us to experience financial prosperity. The bible talks about his love for us in John 3:16. He is a God that is not subject to change. He is willing and able to give you financial prosperity if you can move closer to him.
